If you are looking to understand the what, where, when and why's of nutrition then look no further! Josie is a qualified Nutritional Therapist (BA Hons, DipNT, mANP, mGNC) with a proven track record for helping her clients to support and optimise their health and wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle medicine changes. Josie found the world of natural health back in 2012 after experiencing a breakdown while in the final year of her Geography degree. Josie pieced herself back together again using a wide range of nutrition and lifestyle medicine practices and she now wants to show you how you can build your own health puzzle.
